Step 2: Document the Transformation

Throughout the 60 days, you will submit:

  • Photos of your pet on Day 1, Day 30, and Day 60 (for Pet Gala participants).
  • A Behavioral Rating Form (for Hollywood Elixir participants), assessing key areas like energy levels, cognitive alertness, and mobility.

Reminders will be sent via SMS and email with a secure link for photo and form submissions.

Step 3: See the Difference—Or Get a Refund

If you do not observe or report any visible or behavioral improvement after consistent use, submit your final photos and assessment within 7 days of Day 60, and we will refund your purchase.

For Hollywood Elixir, we evaluate energy levels, cognitive sharpness, and mobility based on your behavioral rating forms.

What if I miss a submission deadline?

To maintain fairness and scientific integrity, late submissions are not eligible for the guarantee. You will receive reminders, but it is your responsibility to submit on time.

Eligibility Conditions
1. First-Time Use Only
This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases made directly by individual customers. Subsequent purchases or repeat orders of the same product do not qualify.
2. One-Time Guarantee Per Household
Only one refund per household is allowed under this policy, regardless of the number of purchases made.
3. Proof of Product Use May Be Required
We may request reasonable evidence of use (e.g., time-stamped photos or progress logs) to verify that the product was used as directed before a refund is issued.
4. Delivery Disputes Disqualify Guarantee
Orders involving delivery disputes or claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery (as verified by carrier tracking and photo evidence) are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
5. Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
Refunds cover the product price only. Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are excluded, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
7. High-Risk Accounts May Be Excluded
We reserve the right to exclude any account or order flagged as high risk, including those with previous disputes, false claims, or inconsistent contact information.
8. Resellers & Bulk Orders Not Covered
