Policy Summary — First-time customers receive a 60-day results guarantee with free returns. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days at customer expense. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for a free refund or replacement within 7 days.

Refund Policy

We want every La Petite Labs order to feel clear, fair, and trustworthy. Because our products are daily nutritional systems, our refund policy is built around proper use, product integrity, and honest customer experience.

60-Day Results Guarantee

We offer a 60-day results guarantee for first-time customers.

If you purchased La Petite Labs for the first time, fed the product consistently as directed, and do not feel your pet experienced a meaningful improvement, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time purchases only
  • One claim per household
  • Products used consistently as directed
  • Opened or used products
  • General dissatisfaction after proper use

For 30-serving orders, we ask that the product be used consistently for at least 30 days before requesting a results-based refund. For 60-serving or larger orders, we ask that the product be used consistently for at least 60 days.

Refunds under the 60-Day Results Guarantee apply to the product purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free for approved 60-Day Results Guarantee claims.

To request a refund, email hello@lapetitelabs.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience. We may request basic information to help us understand your pet’s use of the product and improve future customer experience.

Palatability Courtesy Policy

Some pets can be selective.

If your pet refuses the product, first-time customers may contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a one-time courtesy refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

This courtesy policy is limited to one claim per household. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7-Day Unopened Returns

For unopened products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Standard unopened returns are not eligible for free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, contact hello@lapetitelabs.com before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lapetitelabs.com so we can make it right.

We may request photos of:

  • The shipping box
  • The product
  • The shipping label

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund. In these cases, La Petite Labs covers the return or replacement shipping cost.

Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact hello@lapetitelabs.com.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the issue is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return shipping is free only for approved 60-Day Results Guarantee claims and confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims.

For standard unopened returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Incorrect Address Orders

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address.

If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may refund the product price only. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you would like the order re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking confirms that a package was lost in transit and was not delivered, we will offer a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows the package was delivered, we treat the shipment as delivered. In some cases, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement after basic verification.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

Subscription orders are pre-authorized at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription any time before renewal using the link in your Recharge renewal reminder email.

Once a subscription renewal has been processed or shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

First-time subscription orders remain eligible for the 60-Day Results Guarantee.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to make the final determination on refund eligibility based on documented evidence and order history.

Claims may be denied if they involve false information, repeated misuse, falsified photos, false non-receipt claims where delivery confirmation exists, or other fraudulent activity.

We may restrict future orders where necessary to prevent abuse.
