  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping within the US:
    • Free Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days – Complimentary for all orders
    • Free 2-Day Express Shipping: 1-2 business days –  Complimentary for orders over $128

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship exclusively to the US. If your country is not listed, please contact us for assistance.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • La Petite Labs is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • However, do contact us at hello@lapetitelabs.com and our team will try our best to make it right.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. La Petite Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
