Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy and execution, initially centered on Meta.
- Build a high-volume commercial creative testing program.
- Develop and test hooks, concepts, formats, offers, audiences, and angles.
- Build systems for sourcing, briefing, producing, and iterating creator content.
- Develop La Petite Labs' organic social channels.
- Build and manage influencer and affiliate acquisition.
- Work directly on landing pages, funnels, offers, and conversion.
- Establish reporting across CAC, contribution margin, creative performance, retention, and channel economics.
- Identify winning creative and acquisition patterns and scale them quickly.
- Build the internal systems, contractors, creators, and agencies required to increase output without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or consumer acquisition.
- 3+ years directly owning paid-social growth for a consumer or DTC business.
- Demonstrated experience scaling Meta campaigns.
- Strong creative judgment and substantial experience producing or directing performance creative.
- Experience with creators, influencers, or affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of landing-page and conversion optimization.
- Fluency with attribution, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and cohort economics.
- Demonstrable record of increasing revenue—not simply managing media spend.
- Excellent written communication and unusually strong execution speed.
